Is the number of seats limited?
The number of seats on the "Georgian Bus" is not limited. If you find a full bus on site, the next bus will join you in 5 minutes.
How far in advance can I buy a ticket?
Tickets can be bought even before 5 minutes before the bus departure, both online and on the bus.
What does a flexible travel schedule mean?
If you choose to use this feature, you have 24 hours before your trip the option to change your travel date within the next year or cancel your trip altogether and get your money back.

Tbilisi - Freedom Square, from the bus stop at Pushkin Square, see Georgian Bus.
Batumi – Gogebashvili Street, parking near Marine (Port) (Opposite to N2 Gogebashvili street).
Kutaisi – Passenger pick-up to/from Kutaisi is direct from address, when purchasing please provide address of desired location in address field.
Gudauri – Passenger pick-up to/from Gudauri is direct from address, when purchasing please provide address of desired location in address box.
If I'm late, will the bus wait for me?
If you are late, you must call the hotline +995 555 397 387 and warn the operator. The maximum waiting time is 10 minutes, after 10 minutes the bus leaves the bus stop.
If Freedom Square or Pushkin Square are closed, where do the buses depart from?
When Freedom Square and, accordingly, Pushkin Square are closed for various reasons, buses pass through the bus stop on the opposite side of the "House of Justice". Show location: 41° 41' 55.2581" N 44° 48' 19.7546" E
In which case does the group discount apply?
Georgian Bus offers its customers group discounts, a minimum of 5 people is required. If you are traveling with friends and the group is at least 5 people, you will get an additional discount of 5 GEL per person when buying a ticket.
